  • Services may include monthly bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial reporting, cleanups, A/R, A/P, and receipt management.

  • Our services do not constitute an audit, financial statement review, or independent verification of financial records.

  • We do not provide legal advice, tax preparation, investment advice, or financial guarantees under our standard bookkeeping services.

  • All services are limited to the responsibilities and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • Clients are responsible for their tax filings, regulatory compliance, and financial obligations unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

  • Guide & Thrive Bookkeeping is not responsible for losses directly caused by incorrect or withheld client information, except to the extent caused by our own failure to exercise legally required care.

3. Financial Accuracy and Fraud

  • Guide & Thrive Bookkeeping makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate bookkeeping records within the agreed scope of services.

  • We do not guarantee the detection or prevention of fraud, theft, embezzlement, or financial misconduct.

  • Bookkeeping services are not designed to identify every error, irregularity, or unauthorized transaction.

  • Financial reports depend on the accuracy and completeness of the underlying records.

  • Any suspicious activity identified during normal bookkeeping procedures may be reported to the client for review.

  • Guide & Thrive Bookkeeping does not guarantee customer payments, debt collection, or successful payment processing.

  • Invoice, bill, and receipt volume limits are established during onboarding and documented in the engagement agreement.

These limitations are subject to applicable law and the signed engagement agreement.
